We have a simple three-step process to help you collect a LOT of Google Reviews from your satisfied clients.
- ADD a special email signature (Google Review Request) into Microsoft Outlook on your PC ( or your Admin. Assistant's PC. )
- TRAIN your yourself / your staff how to use the special email signature and set a reminder ( Sticky note? ).
- SEND each client a person email (using the special signature) within 24 hours after every client meeting concludes.

The Google Reviews module is a LIVE FEED from the Google Reviews system. Whenever someone writes a Google Review for your business it automatically displayed as the very newest review on your website - SUBJECT to whatever filters are in place (See Filtering Options below).
Where will the Google Reviews appear on my website?
By default the Google Reviews will be displayed on your website home page for maximum exposure.
Can I display my Google Reviews on any website page other than the home page?
Google Reviews can be displayed on any page of your website. However, if Google Reviews are placed on too many pages then the content risks being overlooked as "default" content rather than "special" content.
Can I decide exactly how many Google Reviews are displayed on my website?
YES! You have the option of selecting a specific number of Google Reviews for display. The number of review display options are: 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20 or ALL.
Are there any filtering options for my Google Reviews?
5-Star Reviews: Your Google Reviews can be filtered so that ONLY 5-Star Reviews are displayed on your website.
Hand-Picked Reviews: Your Google Reviews can be filtered so that ONLY "Hand-Picked" reviews are displayed on your website.
Excluded Reviews: Your Google Reviews can be filtered so that Spam or negative reviews are NEVER displayed on your website.
