Have you ever deleted a “good” email from your inbox by accident?

It happens to everyone once in a while.

AdvisorNet provides a special service called XtraMail that provides a quick and easy way to retrieve emails that were deleted by accident.

This Xtramail service stores copies of all incoming messages sent to AdvisorNet hosted mailboxes for a period of 30 days after each messages arrives in a mailbox.

So IF you accidentally delete an important message that you need to keep, you can just log into your XtraMail mailbox and resend the deleted message to yourself using the available controls.

NOTE: Before you can access your XtraMail Mailbox you must first set a password for your Email Security profile.
