Client Service Portal: Access Problem

Some of the security measures in Internet Explorer can make it difficult to access some sites. If you are having difficulty accessing the AdvisorNet Client Portal there is a simple solution to this problem:

Open your Internet Explorer browser and using the menu options along the top of the browser window, go to:

Tools --- > Internet Options --- > Security (tab) --- >

Click the Trusted Sites icon and then the "Sites" button.

Add the following domain names to your list of trusted sites.

This adjustment will add to your list of trusted sites the two special secure websites that AdvisorNet uses for managing the AdvisorNet Client Service Portal.

You should have no further problems when accessing the Client Portal. If after making these adjustments, you are still unable to access the AdvisorNet Client Service portal, please send an email to:
