Upon submitting an account application, each client is provided with access codes to the Client Service Portal.

Support TeamThe portal contains answers to hundreds of questions about advisor websites, e-newsletters and other business management topics.

The Client Service Portal is also used for submitting help requests (cases) to our Client Support Team related to website setup and management, e-newsletter maintenance and email account administration.

All cases submitted via the Client Service Portal form part of the permanent account record for each client and are useful for keeping track of website revision in terms of IIROC and MFDA compliance requirements
